Streetballer is a mobile application that helps basketball players find courts, organise pick-up games, and compete with the community. The service is provided free of charge, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Streetballer. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes any third-party rights.

You agree not to impersonate other users or entities, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or its infrastructure.

You agree not to use the service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to Streetballer, including scores, messages, and profile information, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and use that content within the service. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Streetballer, including its design, source code, and branding, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Granada, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
